Most people are aware that women are capable of having multiple orgasms, but far fewer seem to know that it’s possible for men to have them as well. Once the muscles are strengthened, you can learn to separate orgasm and ejaculation. What you have to do to achieve male multiple orgasm is to figure out exactly where your ejaculatory "point of no return" is, and what it feels like. Then when you get close to ejaculation, you hold back by slowing down or stopping by pulling out of the vagina. Additional Techniques for Ejaculatory Control
1) Pressing the Million Dollar Point. This point is located on your perineum just in front of the anus. You will feel a slight indentation when you push at the right spot. 3) The Squeeze Technique. When you feel yourself getting close to orgasm, withdraw your penis from the vagina. Then place the first two fingers of either hand on the underside of the penis, place your thumb on the top, and then squeeze. You can do this yourself, or you can have your partner squeeze the head of the penis between her thumb and fingers. Since your penis is erect, it won’t really hurt if she gives it an intense squeeze.
You should practice these ejaculatory control techniques at least 3 to 5 times a week. Applying any or all of these techniques teaches your body to gain control over what is wrongly perceived as one of the most uncontrollable of impulses.

Since the breath is the gateway to controlling your entire body, you need to practice strengthening and deepening your breathing patterns. While keeping your chest relaxed, exhale with some force to pull the lower abdomen back, as if you were pulling your navel back towards your spine. Notice also that your penis and testicles pull up while exhaling. Continue breathing this way between 20 to 35 times. Learning to control your breathing in this way will become essential to stopping yourself from ejaculating and to expanding the feeling of orgasm throughout your entire body.
Exercise to Separate Orgasm from Ejaculation
Lubricate your penis. Begin pleasuring yourself - not just your penis, but your scrotum and perineum. Become aware of your rate of arousal. Notice the tingling at the base of your penis, the stages of erection, and the changes in both your breathing and your heartbeat.
Stimulate yourself almost to the point of orgasm, and then stop. Breathe deeply and contract your PC muscle. After you have peaked several times without ejaculating, stop. You should feel relaxed and energized. Take note of the sexual energy circulating in your body, which you will feel as a tingling or prickling.

Exercise for Ejaculatory Control

Tantric Fractional Urination Exercise
1) When your bladder is full, stand up.
2) Take a deep breath.

5) Pause long enough so that the urine flow stops completely.
6) Exhale and let it flow again.
Repeat steps 2-6 for 7 to 21 times. When your PC muscle is stronger you may stop the urinary flow up to 70 times. If your PC muscle is strong, it will be easy for you to stop the flow of urine from the beginning. If it's difficult, it means that your PC muscle needs to be strengthened and trained. If the PC muscle becomes sore, you have to keep on practicing, because this is an indication that it is not trained yet.
During sex, as you approach orgasm, you should notice several contractions that signal the beginning of ejaculation in the base of your penis or even deeper inside your pelvis. When these contractions begin, or preferably just before (but still during the orgasm), stop thrusting and squeeze the PC muscle tight. You'll probably feel yourself trying to ejaculate, but hold it back. Squeezing your PC muscle effectively shuts off your ejaculation.

Exercise for Bigger Erections

After another two weeks, increase the length of your jelq sessions to 30 minutes. After you have done a 30-minute jelq session, your penis should feel warm, larger than normal, and tingly. This is the feeling that you want because it shows that you have broken down and fatigued the erectile tissue in your penis, and it will grow back bigger and stronger - similar to bodybuilding.
After your jelq session, perform a "hot wrap" with a wash cloth to stimulate your penis and keep blood held within. Soak a wash cloth under a hot faucet and wrap around your penis and testicles. Do this three times, and finish by drying with a towel. If you cannot achieve an erection for several hours after a vigorous jelqing session, do not worry because this is quite normal. Exercise for Harder Erections
Most men realize that they have to exercise to keep their muscles from getting soft as they get older. Yet, many men just accept as inevitable that their erections will soften with age, or turn to drugs like Viagra or Levitra to compensate. The stronger your PC muscle is the harder your penis will be, and, when your penis is at its hardest, it will also be at its biggest.
If you are not already aware of your PC muscle, the best way to locate it is to urinate, and then to stop the flow of urine. When the flow stops, you have found your PC muscle. Now flex your PC muscle a few times to make sure you have found it. As with any muscle, the PC muscle will atrophy if it's not exercised regularly. Below are three exercises to get your PC muscle back into shape.

However, it is important to do each exercise daily in order to make progress.
After being on this program for 4-8 weeks you should have a super strong PC muscle and a harder erection. Once you've reached the maximum number of reps for each exercise, you could, though I don't recommend it, just do one of the exercises each day on a rotating basis. For example, Quick Squeeze on day 1, Slow Squeeze on day 2, Long Squeeze on day 3, Quick Squeeze on day 4, and so on.
